Mastrad Offers A Sneak Peak Of New Fall Culinary Accessories At New York International Gift Fair

NEW YORK, NY, August 17, 2012 (Press-News.org) Mastrad, the French company specializing in high quality and functional culinary accessories, will showcase their newest offerings that make cooking simpler and more accessible for chefs at all levels at the 2012 New York International Gift Fair (NYIGF). Exhibiting items such as their new and innovative Mortar/Grater, Cutting Mat Board, Magnetic Spice Jars, Egg Poachers, Cheese Slicer, Mini Spatulas, Mini Whisks, Mini Spoons and Mini Brushes, the company continues to provide useful and convenient cooking tools while also remaining stylish in the kitchen.

One such item is the novel Mortar/Grater which boasts three slicers, a lid for storage and a stainless steel mortar & pestle on a bamboo holder, which grinds herbs and spices of all kinds. Featuring two sides, the Cheese Slicer contains a wire for soft cheese and a blade for hard cheese. Another functional tool is the vibrant orange Cutting Mat Board which offers a very durable surface for poultry and is hygienic thus preventing cross contamination.
