The Apprenticeships Awards 2012 is a celebration of apprentices and employers involved in apprenticeships across England. The awards aim to highlight the many apprenticeship success stories and the benefits of apprenticeships.

The Neopost Apprenticeship Scheme offers 12 apprentice places every year in various career disciplines. Over 85% of apprentices who join the scheme graduate with a permanent job offer. Apprentices are supported throughout their placement and assigned a programme manager and business mentor, who set out a structured development plan to help them in the early stages of their career with Neopost.
