Paul "Chip" Ferguson, senior equity partner with Provost Umphrey Law Firm, was recently named a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation, the definitive guide to America's leading litigation firms and attorneys.

Ferguson is Board Certified in personal injury trial law and has specialized in personal injury and products liability cases over the entire course of his legal career.
