Second Annual Pup Crawl Hits Clematis Street

Free event will feature more than 25 pet vendors, pet demonstrations, pet parade, kids activities and more!

WEST PALM BEACH, FL, August 23, 2012 (Press-News.org) Come one, come all to the Second Annual Pup Crawl on Sunday, September 30 from 10 am - 5 pm on the 200 block of Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach. This FREE event will feature more than 25 pet related vendors, dogs and cats available for adoption, fun dog bone stacking contest for prizes, kids' activities, mascot appearances, music by DJ Supreme, and much more! Demonstrations will take place throughout the day, some of the highlights include Doggie Mindfulness - get in touch with your dog's inner chi and Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office K-9 Unit and Explorers with McGruff the Crime Dog. The event will also feature a Pet Parade at 12 noon with great prizes for Best Costume, Best Owner/Pet Look-a-Like, Best Tiny Dog, and Best Big Dog. Register online or day of the event at the information booth beginning at 10 am. Restaurants on the 200 block of Clematis Street will be offering food and drink discounts with a wristband purchased from the on-site nonprofits.

This year the on-site non-profits will be Kibblez of Love Pet Food Bank and Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League who will be on hand with the PetMobile and animals available for adoption. They will also be having a raffle for great prizes and looking for volunteers and support.
