NEW YORK, NY, August 24, 2012 (Press-News.org) Lauran Bonaparte, Managing Partner of Lauton & Foxton Capital Partners and Anand Patel of High Rise Hotels, LLC have executed an agreement to finance the development of the Hilton brand Home 2 Suites Hotel in Florence, South Carolina.
"High-Rise Hotels is a privately owned hospitality company that has operated in North and South Carolina since 1989. In that time, they have acquired and developed hotels at every accommodation level, from casual temporary residences to high-end luxury locations. We are honored to be a part of their team," states Lauran Bonaparte.
Established in 1989, High-Rise Hotels manages a portfolio of nine hotels encompassing over 600 rooms, and employs approximately 200 associates throughout North and South Carolina. We're excited to develop yet another successful property to cater to our client' s needs," states Mr. Patel.
The $5.9MM construction loan will begin in the fall with an anticipated opening by September 2013.
