Mansfield Dentist Uses Social Media to Reach Out to Patients

Dr. John Curtis, dentist in Mansfield, is using his practice's Facebook account to interact with his patients online

MANSFIELD, TX, August 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. John Curtis, Mansfield, TX dentist, and the other dentists at Irving, Stephenson and Curtis are excited to be jumping into the social media world with their practice's Facebook account. They will continue to use the page to interact with their patients and improve their online presence.

"I'm glad that our practice has been able to use social media to communicate with our patients online. I know that many of our patients use Facebook on a daily basis and I'm happy that our practice has been a part of that conversation. I hope more of our patients will take the time to 'like' our Facebook page," said Dr. Curtis, family dentist in Mansfield.

The staff at Dr. Curtis' practice has been using the Facebook page to post updates on what is going on at the practice. In the past, this has consisted of announcements regarding specials at the practice and other news regarding the practice.

Patients that "like" the Facebook page are able to post questions and comments on the wall of the Facebook page. Someone from the staff will then be able to respond to the comment shortly afterword.

To schedule an appointment for Invisalign in Mansfield or another dental service, patients can either call (817) 473-0244 or use the online appointment request form. To use this, they simply have to enter in the date, time and a few words about the nature of their appointment into the online form. The practice's scheduling coordinator will then follow up with a confirmation of the appointment through an email or text message.
