BOCA RATON, FL, August 26, 2012 (Press-News.org) The building at 7300 West Camino Real within the Fountains Center office and retail park is 100 percent leased following a lease renewal and expansion for commercial real estate brokerage firm Stateland Brown LLC. Fountains Center has been the home of Stateland Brown since 2009.

Stateland Brown has over 13 years of experience investing, selling, developing and managing real estate in the state of Florida. According to owner and broker Dan Statlander, the company has experienced overwhelming success and he decided to expand the space to accommodate the growing staff.

With its 10-year lease renewal and expansion, Stateland Brown now occupies 1,850 square feet of the second floor. "The expansion is necessary because our company is growing and we are adding new team members on a regular basis. Therefore, I wanted a comfortable work environment for everyone," Statlander said. "This building is in a prime location, with accessibility to major real estate buyers, sellers and investors. This enables my agents and me to buy and sell only the best commercial and residential properties. In addition, we've been able to introduce prospective tenants to Fountains Center."

Commercial Real Estate and Investment Specialist Ayal Frist represented Stateland Brown and Fountain Center's landlord Boca Medical Plaza, LCC with the expansion procedures.

Fountains Center is located in the heart of Boca Raton. Its centerpiece is a lush garden courtyard with water features and footbridges, which creates a tranquil and pedestrian-friendly setting.
