PHOENIX, AZ, August 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Unique Gifts and Decor, an online retailer of unique gifts and home decor products, released its second annual list of some famous people who have not purchased anything from it.
This year's list contains everyone from last year's list (who obviously did not get the hint) as well as several new clueless people. As with last year, the list includes politicians, scholars, entertainers, sports figures, business luminaries and people who are famous for no discernible reason
A spokesman for the company stated: "We have commissioned a study to find out why famous people do not buy things from us. So far the research firm has no clue. But we did conduct a phony poll that shows that people who buy things from us are five times happier than people who don't. So while many of these people lead charmed lives they could be five times happier just by buying an indoor statues from us."
Here is a partial list (in no particular order) of some of this year's new names: anyone who competed in the Olympics including the Fierce Five, Spike from Buffy the Vampire Slayer; Tyra Banks, David Beckman, Jonathan Franzen, neither Will.I.Am nor his hologram, any of the Pretty Little Liars, Cyrus II of Persia (excused due to his death in 530 BC), Gordon Ramsey, Emma Roberts, Emma Watson, Emma Stone, etc., Spencer Pratt, Colin Powell, Aaron Sorkin, the AFLAC Duck, Vin Diesel, Judge Joe Brown, Woody Allen and anyone who has been in any of his thousands (so it seems) movies, Wolf Blitzer, Desmond Tutu, Bethenny Frankel, Leon Panetta, Joss Stone, John Legend, any of the Muppets, Vera Wang, Don Quixote, Rupert Murdoch, George Lopez and the Wizard of Oz.
