The properties announced this week were River Oaks Apartments (Sacramento) and Cedarwood Apartments (Santa Rosa). They join the current assets of Emerald Vista (Elk Grove), Mediterranean Village Apartments (Sacramento) and Dos Robles Apartments (Sacramento).
These additions bring the regional portfolio up to almost 500 units, with several hundred additional units already in the pipeline.
The Sacramento office is being led by David Crump, CPM, CCIM - a 30-year property management professional with a focus in repositioning mid-sized and large multifamily assets. He brings with him an extensive background in customer service, market insight, and an ability to do what needs to be done to satisfy the needs of any client or property.
