For 30 consecutive years, Mr. Ginsburg has received the highest "AV Pre-Eminent" rating from the organization and its participants. His practice area is Family and Domestic Relations Law.
Martindale-Hubbell PEER REVIEW RATINGS survey is a process where attorneys receive ratings based on evaluations by other members of the bar and judiciary. Participating attorneys throughout the United States and Canada rank attorneys in similar areas of practice. As past President of the Florida Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, past Chairman of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar, Mr. Ginsburg was appointed by the Supreme Court to the Commission on Family Law, and is Board Certified by the Florida Bar as a marital and family lawyer.
