LOS ANGELES, CA, August 31, 2012 (Press-News.org) Out of hundreds of participating firms from every industry throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area, only 36 mid-sized companies made the "Best Places to Work" list this year. RBZ holds the number 13 spot on the list for 2012, tops amongst all accounting firms within this category.
"It is truly an honor to be amongst such incredible people that make RBZ such a special place to work." said David Roberts, Managing Partner. The firm numbers more than 120 people and is celebrating its 37th anniversary.
Best Companies Group compiled the results of the list for the Los Angeles Business Journal. The survey consisted of a two-part assessment process: an Employer Questionnaire captured information about company policies and practices. The second part was based on an Employee Satisfaction Survey, which provided independent employee feedback and was worth 75% of the entire survey process.
The results from the survey were analyzed and categorized according to eight core focus areas: leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits and overall satisfaction.
RBZ, LLP is a Los Angeles-based certified public accounting firm. For further information, please contact Charles Osaki or Mishel Justesen at 310-478-4148.
