Avondale Dentist Uses Social Media to Communicate With Patients

Dr. Thihan Phan, dentist in Avondale, AZ, has been using Facebook, Twitter and other social networks to reach out to her patients.

AVONDALE, AZ, September 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Dr. Thihan Phan, Goodyear dentist, has been utilizing social media to increase her practice's online presence and increase her interactions with her patients online. Patients that "like" her practice's Facebook page will receive updates and be able to communicate with Dr. Phan and her staff.

"I am excited that our practice has jumped into the world of social media. I know that many of our patients use these services on a daily basis and I'm glad that we are now able to join the conversation. I hope many of our patients will take the time to 'like' us on Facebook and follow our Twitter account," said Dr. Phan, Avondale dentist.

Dr. Phan and her staff use the Facebook page to post various updates on the practice as well as helpful facts and videos related to dentistry. By liking the page, patients will be able to receive these updates and can post questions and comments on the wall of the page.

Dr. Phan and her staff also are maintaining a Twitter account and have a channel on YouTube. These accounts are used to provide educational information about updates on the practice to patients of the Goodyear cosmetic dentist. By following or subscribing to these accounts, patients will be alerted to any new posts or tweets.

About Palo Verde Dentistry: Since 2009, Palo Verde Dentistry has been owned and operated by Dr. Thihan Phan. Originally from San Diego, Dr. Phan received her bachelor's degree at the University of California, San Diego. She then attended Creighton University School of Dentistry and, upon graduation, served as Captain in the Dental Corp of the United States Air Force at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas. There she had additional advanced training in all areas of dentistry including reconstructive, cosmetic, implant, surgery and orthodontic dentistry.
