The Studio OC Fitness Launches High Intensity Interval Training Boot Camp

American Gladiators "Toughest Competitor" To Lead 8-Week Program

TUSTIN, CA, September 02, 2012 (Press-News.org) Orange County's hottest new dance and fitness studio, The Studio OC Fitness, announced the launch of its High Intensity Interval Training Boot Camp. The boot camp will be taught by Sean Goodwin, an American Gladiator contestant and 20 year fitness industry veteran. The eight week program will begin September 10 delivering 24 intense, fat-burning, body-sculpting workouts. Sessions will take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 a.m. to 7 a.m.

"For those who want to be in the best shape possible, but aren't sure how to do it in the shortest possible time, the Studio OC Fitness' High Intensity Interval Training Boot Camp is the answer," said Goodwin of The Studio OC Fitness who was named American Gladiators' toughest competitor. "Participants will be motivated through cutting-edge, fat-burning workouts combined with interval and strength training that will tone the body and shed unwanted fat."

The high-intensity workouts will be accompanied by personal body composition testing, measurements and fitness assessments. Attendees of all fitness levels will benefit from nutritional consulting and exercise instruction that stress improving overall health. Boot camp participants will also be given an exclusive discount on The Studio OC Fitness one-on-one nutritional program. As an added incentive, the individual who achieves the best results at the end of the eight-week program will receive a complimentary pass to the next H.I.I.T. Boot Camp program.

The Studio OC Fitness consists of Orange County's fitness leaders as well as a team of internationally recognized presenters, choreographers, fitness/television celebrities, instructors and dancers who lead their own personally designed workout classes.

The boot camp costs $360 or $15 per session. Space is limited and pre-registration is recommended. Attendees will receive a 10 percent discount for payments made before Thursday, August. 30.
