HOUSTON, TX, September 03, 2012 (Press-News.org) Zumba is fast growing to be one of the most sought after fitness workouts by women. On September 7th, women in the Houston area can get a taste of what it is like to burn the calories to Zumba while enjoying an evening out with "the girls" at the Zumba Ladies Night Out.
Katina David, Master Zumba instructor will be present to instruct attendees and answer questions about a Zumba workout. The host of the event, Coach Reeshemah, a certified Nutritionist, weight loss and life coach, will be available to answer any questions about wellness and natural weight loss. All fitness levels welcome.

Holmes reported that her motivation behind creating the Zumba Fitness Event was twofold. "I wanted women to experience a fun, engaging way to work out while giving everyone a great opportunity for some awesome networking."
In addition to a well-deserved night out Zumba dancing, attendees will also enjoy a free meal compliment of Tru Meals and Arturo's Taqueria (Louetta location), abundant drinks at a cash bar, swag bags, gifts, access to local vendors and prizes. Curves gym will also be in attendance passing out free week's admissions to their gym. This is also a great networking opportunity and business card sharing is encouraged.
