Godzilla Strikes Again TanQ to Host 2nd Annual Charity Party & Fundraising Event for American Red Cross
TanQ is hosting its second annual charity party, a fundraising event for the American Red Cross. All proceeds from the event go to support tsunami relief efforts for Japan.

tanQ, a local group dedicated to supporting needy causes and positive change the world over, will be celebrating its second anniversary with a Second Year Charity Party Saturday, September 8, 2002 at The Slate. The Slate is located at NW 19th and Vaughn in Portland.The theme of the party is "Godzilla Strikes Again," a reference to a special third edition t-shirt scheduled to be launched at the event. The shirt, which is being printed in a limited quantity of 75, will be available for purchase for $28, with net proceeds benefiting the American Red Cross and tsunami relief efforts for the nation of Japan. A number of other tanQ limited edition Godzilla art posters and other art prints will also be available for purchase.
Joining TanQ in this year's celebration will be Genki-Su, who will be introducing a new line of drinking vinegar.
Raffle tickets will also be sold, with a host of great prizes up for grabs. Event sponsors include:

Admission to the party is free, but guests are asked to make a donation to the American Red Cross. The charity party starts at 6:00 PM, with festivities to run till 11:00 PM.
