OKI Teams Up With Cura Technical To Deliver Print Optimizer Solution

WARWICKSHIRE, UK, September 06, 2012 (Press-News.org) OKI, one of the world's leading suppliers of digital imaging systems, has teamed up with Cura Technical to deliver its Print Optimizer solution as part of a comprehensive managed print service for Defra. In conjunction with IBM, the contract has revolutionised Defra's approach to printing at more than 170 sites across the UK, providing enhanced operational efficiency, reduced costs, greater budgetary control and environmental benefits including CO2 savings of 47%. In addition, Defra has been able to rationalise its printer fleet down from 1384 to 548 devices delivering significant cost savings in hardware, consumables, maintenance and space.
