Cura Technical is providing a range of services including installation, performance monitoring, technical hotline, onsite support, project planning, workshop repairs and disposals.
In conjunction with IBM, the contract has revolutionised Defra's approach to printing at more than 170 sites across the UK, providing enhanced operational efficiency, reduced costs, greater budgetary control and environmental benefits including CO2 savings of 47%. In addition, Defra has been able to rationalise its printer fleet down from 1384 to 548 devices delivering significant cost savings in hardware, consumables, maintenance and space.
