In his new role, Dixon will be directly responsible for providing the overall direction and guidance for the operational activities of the organization. His objective will be to maximize growth and profitability as well as providing key day-to-day leadership and management for all company operations functions.

Dixon served as a Vice President at AmeriPlan USA for more than ten years where he was in charge of a division and led the corporate communications and events function. Before joining AmeriPlan USA, he spent 14 years at Mary Kay, Inc. where he served in a number of corporate national and international roles before being named the Director of U.S. Sales Force Compensation and Motivation. He has also served the Dallas Chamber of Commerce for five years as the Director of Government Relations.
"He has a wide variety of operations experience across many administrative functions including corporate communications, government relations and compensation," McCusker said. "His international experience is also a big plus for our rapidly expanding global operations."
Dixon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin where he graduated with honors. In addition, he has pursued his graduate studies at the University of Texas and the University of North Texas. He currently resides in Irving, Texas.
