Beckmann is originally from Virginia and moved to Florida in 2011. Prior to her career in real estate, she did project management for a technology company and worked as a bookkeeper in the manufacturing and technology industries. She has a B. S. in Business Administration from Strayer University.

The September 01-02nd Loring Timing Associations "Harvest Event" again saw Greg Neal pilot the TLN Motorsports to success setting multiple Land Speed records. The final count for the event was 8 new LTA LSR National records.
At this event the LTA was certifying both the speed at the 1-mile and the 1.5-mile. The TLN Motorsports' Kawasaki ZX-10R had a fastest speed in the standing mile of 204.791 mph, making it the fastest standing mile run that bike has ever made. The fastest 1.5-mile speed was 206.542 mph that was the fastest N/A 1000cc run of the event.
