PIRMASENS, GERMANY, September 07, 2012 (Press-News.org) AB Mobile APPS, a new European mobile cloud startup is proud to announce the launch of TxtFeedback (www.txtfeedback.net) , a cloud based SMS feedback platform that helps companies communicate easier with their customers. The final version of TxtFeedback will be available later this year.
Companies of all sizes, from small retail shops to big investment firms find it very hard to gather their customers' feedback, opinions and questions on the services and products they provide. This is due to the fact that there are no easy ways of providing feedback and therefore, only 1 in 25 unhappy clients will send their complaints through. In order to improve their customer service, companies need to know what their clients are thinking.
"TxtFeedack will help companies gather feedback easier as well as respond faster to customer inquiries and demands. With a killer web interface and built-in online support, we can help companies take their customer services to the next level by engaging the client in SMS conversations. " said Bogdan Oros, CEO of AB Mobile APPS.
When customers have questions or complaints, they want to communicate them. With TxtFeedback they will be able to engage in conversations and directly interact with the companies by simply sending an SMS. Each branch of the company is assigned an SMS number and employees will be able to login onto the TxtFeedback product page to see the inbound conversations, respond to customer inquiries or just gather feedback.
TxtFeedback will also provide reports covering areas like average response time to complaints, number of SMSs sent or received in every branch, and others, based on company needs. If a company has several branches, TxtFeedback can gather feedback from all the branches, aggregate the data and provide company-wide details.
"TxtFeedback is available in its FREE Public Beta version in USA, Canada, United Kingdom and Germany, where, momentarily, we will be able to receive only a limited number of customers. " said Dragos Andronic, VP of Technology at AB Mobile APPS.
