New MD for Balearics Sotheby's International Realty

MALAGA, SPAIN, September 08, 2012 (Press-News.org) Balearics Sotheby's International Realty now has one of Mallorca's most experienced property professionals at the helm - Daniel Chavarria Waschke. Joining as Managing Director in August, he brings a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the table.

For more than a decade Daniel worked at a senior level for a well-known real estate chain, achieving the status of Regional Managing Director, but now steps up to take full control of Sotheby's International Realty's presence across the Balearic Islands of Mallorca and Ibiza. Born in Mallorca to a Spanish father and a German mother, Daniel is naturally multilingual and a perfect-fit for this truly global Company.

Whilst this inevitably will result in fewer listings, it also means that the Company can offer the utmost in personalized service to its vendors and purchasers.
