AUSTIN, TX, September 09, 2012 (Press-News.org) The Presenting Sponsor, the Stewart Law Firm (www.thestewartlawfirm.net), the Host, Crime Victim First (www.crimevictimsfirst.org) and Keynote Speaker, Meg Garvin, are pleased to announce and invite you to a Free Training & Music Festival to commemorate National Domestic Violence Awareness Month. The goals are to increase awareness and to celebrate those that work on behalf of victims and our community.

The 3rd Annual Jam for Justice "No Violence Day" Training & Music Festival (www.jam4justice.org) is scheduled for Sunday, October 21, 2012, from Noon to 5 PM, at Scholz Garten in Austin, Texas. The free training is from (Noon to 1:30 PM), and features National Crime Victims' Rights Expert, Meg Garvin, J.D. Meg is the Executive Director of the National Crime Victim Law Institute.(http://law.lclark.edu/centers/national_crime_victim_law_institute/about_ncvli/staff/).

The training portion features Meg Garvin, J.D. The training topic is Crime Victims' Rights. The training is for lawyers, judges, crime victims, advocates, legislators, students, allied professionals, and community members.
