Cosmo Smith, Executive Vice President, is leading KBR's dynamic distribution team, focusing on broker dealer and advisor development and support. Mr. Smith brings twenty years of securities industry experience to KBR, including his recent business development and portfolio development role at UA Holdings, a strategy consulting and merchant banking firm with over $3 billion in institutional and high net worth assets under management. Additionally, Mr. Smith led the build out and distribution of the fastest-growing retail private debt fund in the United States, Franklin Square, from $3 million to $1.2 billion in two years.
Dustin Zachmeyer, Vice President, Due Diligence, is responsible for product due diligence and will support offering design and structure. He will also be involved in product training and joint venture partner development. Mr. Zachmeyer recently was Director of Product Sales & Services at Berthel Fisher, an independent broker-dealer, where he was responsible for due diligence and advisor support. He also has served as a board member, Assistant Treasurer, and co-chair of the Broker Dealer Advisory Council for the industry trade association REISA.
Ryan Lodes, Vice President, Broker Dealer Relations, manages the support and development of current broker dealer relationships, and the establishment of new relationships. Mr. Lodes previously served as Senior Vice President, National Sales Manager for Thompson National Properties where he oversaw the firm's sales and marketing efforts, national accounts relationships, reporting and analytics, and product management.
Fred Gratz, Regional Vice President, is responsible for the sales and marketing of KBR offerings to financial advisors throughout New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky. Prior to KBR, Mr. Gratz was the Northeast Regional Vice President for ICON Investments where he cultivated relationships and built a top performing territory with financial advisors in the independent broker-dealer channel.
