This November, the builder will debut new, two-story detached homes with design elements such as supersized lofts and private yards

FILLMORE, CA, September 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) This November, Brookfield Homes will debut its newest community, Haven at Windingwalk in Chula Vista. The 60-home neighborhood is currently under construction, and will soon showcase five model homes representative of four different floor plans. Pricing is anticipated to start in the mid $300,000s.

"Our interest list for Haven has been rapidly growing," says Debby King, director of marketing for Brookfield Homes. "Haven will bring something different to Chula Vista, as the homes will display comfortable and distinctive design elements such as a supersized loft and private yards."

Haven will offer two-story, detached homes ranging from approximately 1,718 to 2,430 square feet with three to five bedrooms and 2.5 to three baths. All homes will include a loft and two-car garage, and two plans will have a downstairs bedroom and full bath.

Life at Haven will include access to Windingwalk's two private recreation centers and park, including the acclaimed WindingOaks Recreation Center equipped with a resort-style play pool, Junior Olympic lap swimming pool, and spa and locker rooms with restrooms and showers. WindingOaks also comes complete with a fully-equipped gym, conference/meeting room, grassy play areas, a covered outdoor pavilion with exterior fireplace and barbecue, and a wedding garden featuring a wide lawn and covered gazebo. The park at Windingwalk includes a basketball court, ball fields, skateboard park and many other amenities.

Haven residents will be near High Tech High, now with grades kindergarten through 12; as well as walking distance to The Marketplace and shopping centers including Otay Ranch Town Center, with more than 100 retail and specialty stores, restaurants and a movie theater.

Brookfield Homes, who was voted #1 New Home Builder in the 2012 "San Diego's Best" Readers Poll, has had great success at Windingwalk in Chula Vista, selling out both its Trellis and Cordova communities. With the debut of Haven, Brookfield is anticipating continued success at Windingwalk.
