RALEIGH, NC, September 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) Robert Buhler, president of MMI Public Relations (http://www.mmipublicrelations.com), a full-service public relations firm, has announced that the firm will serve as a sponsor for Communities In Schools of Wake County's (CIS Wake) Gifted Hands Breakfast. The event will take place on Friday, Sept. 14 from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. at the State Ballroom of the Raleigh Marriott City Center at 500 Fayetteville Street. Dr. Benjamin Carson, author of the personal narrative "Gifted Hands" and director of pediatric neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, will serve as the guest speaker for the event. Carson will speak about the importance of agencies such as CIS Wake that support at-risk youth, as he overcame similar challenging circumstances to pursue his medical career.
