VANCOUVER, BC, September 15, 2012 (Press-News.org) After winning a Gold in the 2011 Magellan Awards, Expedia CruiseShipCenters has done it again. For the 2012 Magellan Awards, Travel Weekly has awarded the cruise specialists a Silver for their customer loyalty magazine Dream Voyages in the "Direct Mail" category and a Gold for their National Conference in the "Training Program" category. With entries from across the US and around the world, the Magellan Awards is the premier awards program honoring the best in the travel industry.

The customer loyalty magazine Dream Voyages is an integral part of Expedia CruiseShipCenters' Customers For Life marketing program and is sent to past customers three times a year. The magazine features 36 pages of captivating photography, delicious recipes, interesting articles, and exclusive money-saving offers on a wide range of unique itineraries.

The National Conference Training Program took place in December 2011 on a 7 day cruise aboard Celebrity EclipseSM., and proved to be their most successful training program yet in terms of performance and attendance. The program included various industry speakers, presentations, workshops, roundtable forums, and networking, as well as free time to go exploring in San Juan, St. Maarten, and St. Kitts.

"It is such an honor to win not one, but two Magellan Awards this year," said Matthew Eichhorst, President of Expedia CruiseShipCenters. "We are so excited to be recognized again as one of the best in the travel industry, and I couldn't be more proud of my team."
