DENVER, CO, September 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Join the expert instructors at BMGI on Oct. 10 in St. Louis for the Strategy Execution Workshop. Find out how strategic thinking, planning and execution tie together--and how you can translate your strategy into action.

Most organizations struggle at installing and maintaining the management systems required to translate strategy into action--effectively, repeatedly and measurably. This one-day workshop focuses on strategic thinking and planning, and on how to use the seven-step hoshin planning process to ensure strategic objectives are translated into actionable and measurable projects.

After attending this workshop, participants will be able to:
- Utilize the seven-step Hoshin planning process to deliver results.
- Select and develop meaningful metrics.
- Support the creation of a daily management system to sustain improvements.
- Begin the integration of design thinking into the continuum of value creation activities.

Led by a BMGI master consultant who has hands-on experience with strategy execution in diverse environments, this workshop will feature real-world examples of what went well and, even more importantly, what went wrong.

Participants will engage in participatory and enlightening interaction, exercises, group work, simulations and practice sessions. Not only will they learn from the instructor and exercises, but they will also glean wisdom and insight as they network with other participants from other companies and industries.
