Honest-1 Auto Care Hires Braden Poole as Operations Manager

Seasoned Pro Assumes Key Role in Operational Management of Eco-Friendly Auto Maintenance Chain

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, September 16, 2012 (Press-News.org) Honest-1 Auto Care, the only national full-service auto repair and maintenance franchise that is 100 percent ESA Certified Eco-Friendly, announces the appointment of Braden Poole as Operations Manager. Poole will be responsible for the updating and development of current and new company operations policy, training, and processes.

Poole brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive industry to Honest-1 Auto Care. Previously with Pep Boys Automotive, Poole most recently served as Divisional Training Director for the South West, where he was responsible for all training and associate development for 123 retail, commercial and service repair centers with more than 3,300 employees. In 2007, Poole was promoted to Area Director in Phoenix, Ariz. where he was accountable for overall sales, profit and operations compliance for seven retail stores, six commercial centers and seven service centers with 69 service bays, as well as 200 managerial, sales and technical associates. Prior to 2007, Poole spent 14 years with what was initially named U-Save Auto Parts, later transitioning into CSK, with positions including Regional Trainer, Regional Recruiter and District Manager.
