The city is a prime location for entrepreneurs to open businesses as it has seen recent economic growth. The Dominican Republic has seen recent growth in consumer demand as the economy slowly grows. The Tutti Frutti franchise is hoping to serve those with disposable income in the bustling capital of Santo Domingo. Asked about this new franchise, Luis Duluc stated, "I'm very happy to see the Tutti Frutti business growing in Santo Domingo. I love this city and will hopefully see more franchises opening in the future. There is a lot of room to grow here."
Tutti Frutti sells a wide variety of frozen yogurt and a few other goods. The franchise has many stores in the U.S. but has expanded worldwide to over 580 stores. The company prides itself on its green management and also on providing healthy, probiotic enhanced, protein enriched, fat-free, and gluten free frozen yogurt to people all over the world.
