Taylor Morrison Breaks Ground on Phase III of Sandoval in Cape Coral, Florida

The West Florida Division of Taylor Morrison breaks ground and begins development on Phase III, the final 100 acres, of Sandoval in Cape Coral, Florida. Development is currently underway with models expected to be available for tours in early 2013.

Attending the groundbreaking were the Taylor Morrison team members Derek Andruss, Angela Wisdom, Michelle Campbell, Jim Lowande, Cammie Longenecker, Mike Mansfield, Tony Squiteri, Donna Occhuizzo, Katy Walker and Berch Gannon. Also in attendance were City of Cape Coral Mayor John Sullivan and Councilmen Kevin McGrail and Lenny Nesta as well as additional staff, community members and homeowners.
