This year was no exception. The Fontainebleau Miami resort is one of the most acclaimed resorts on South Beach. "In the past we have gone to some amazing places, like the Bahamas or Grand Canyon, but this year we had cause to celebrate." Said executive consultant Bhavin Joshi, and what better way to celebrate than a trip to South Beach.

Elevation celebrated a year that brought Bhavin Joshi his new office and promoted two other people to management positions. "When you promote from within, people reaching new levels is so exciting," said Assistant Manager, Kylah Allen. No matter if the team is here in Charlotte or out traveling the world, they operate under the 'work hard, play hard' motto.

Of course it wasn't all fun and games, while at the beach the team took part in a charity volleyball tournament for Operation Smile. "This is a great program that does lots of good for lots of children around the world" said President Shaun Hogan. Elevation has always dedicated work and financial resources to domestic and international charities since day one. Now Operation Smile will be a fundamental focus for the Elevation team. "One thing we all can agree on is helping children." said assistant manager Brandon West.
