DOYLESTOWN, PA, October 08, 2010 (Press-News.org) In honor of Veteran's Day, Richard L. Newman, Esq., a Bucks County attorney specializing in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning will conduct a one hour presentation about Veteran's Benefits. The seminar will take place on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at The Brunswick at Attleboro, 310 East Winchester Avenue, Langhorne, PA and will run from 3:30-4:30 pm.
Attendees will learn about benefits to which veteran's are entitled, how to apply for them and how to file appeals if a claim is rejected. Richard will explain what veteran's need to do to make sure that they receive the benefits that they have earned and are entitled to as a result of their service to our country. Richard L. Newman has been a practicing attorney for over twenty years. Richard specializes in Elder Law and Special Needs Planning. His practice is devoted to serving some of the most vulnerable members of our society and the families that are caring for them. He is currently a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Elder Law Section.
