NEPEAN, September 26, 2012

Odinight, a leading mobile developer, announced the release of several new math drills for Android smartphones targeted at students in grades 1-7.

Math becomes easier with practice. However, most Apps available to parents are generic and don't provide grade specific questions geared to specific student levels. Also, in addition to being complicated for kids to use, they don't provide proper feedback to the parent. Odinight bridges that gap by providing a simple, targeted App that provides feedback to the parent.

The president of Odinight commented: "I find that the best time to use the App is in the car. The kids always want to either use my phone (the youngest) or play on theirs (the oldest). So, I would say to them - 'Let's hear you play two rounds of math and then you can play on the phone for 10 minutes.' Because the App has sounds I can hear how they are progressing and I don't have to think of appropriate grade level questions for them while I am driving."
