The Miami CLI includes an in-depth leadership development process based on a hybrid curriculum that combines training sessions on team building, effective communication, conflict resolution, and community organizing with hands on activities to create a hypothetical project idea to benefit their community. The Institute will build on the leadership development curriculum introduced at the two-day Miami Community Leadership Forum held on September 8TH and 9TH of this year.

There is no cost to enroll and space is limited. Participants are required to go through a competitive application and selection process which includes committing to being available to attend all seven sessions.
