HAMILTON, ON, September 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) Vince Del Monte crosses the threshold from trainer to super trainer by reaching the milestone of helping over 200,000 people build muscle using his No Nonsense Muscle Building Program or his new program, Hypertrophy MA.X.
Launched in May 2006, Vince Del Monte's No Nonsense Muscle Building Program was designed to address the issues that skinny guys face when trying to build muscle and transform their thin bodies in to lean, muscular, physiques. As a former skinny guy himself he understood the special needs faced by skinny guys.
The No Nonsense Muscle Building Program not only addressed both the special nutrition needs faced by skinny people looking to add muscle, but also the special exercise requirements as well.
In June 2012 Vince launched Hypertrophy M.A.X with IFBB Pro Ben Pakulski. Hypertrophy M.A.X. is an intense bootcamp method of building muscle for people already near the peak of their physical condition but are looking for that push to get them to the next level. This elite program is designed to take healthy, muscular, people and push them to the next level of their training and fitness.
"I've dedicated my life to helping 1,000,000 skinny guys build muscle by the year 2020," says Vince. "Just like overweight people are self-conscious to take their shirt off at the beach, so is the skinny guy. I know what it's liked to be called "Tooth pick," "Bean pole," "and "Pencil neck," all through high school and it limits your confidence in what you do with your life.
