Outsourcing is a trend that is seeing steady growth, the worldwide business process outsourcing (BPO) market is forecast to grow by 6.3 per cent globally.

Industry analyst Horses for Sources, conducted a survey on UK businesses views on outsourcing. A quarter of organizations surveyed say they intend to focus more on outsourcing in the event of another downturn.
