Bioceutica CEO Candace Keefe Announces Oct. 1st Launch of Groundbreaking Compensation Plan

BOSTON, MA, September 27, 2012 (Press-News.org) "It's amazing what our compensation plan architects and the Bioceutica team have been able to accomplish is such a short time," Ms.Candace Keefe said in making the announcement. "The multi-level-marketing industry has never seen a plan as innovative and dynamic take shape as quickly as this one. One of Candace Keefe's first acts as CEO was an extensive survey of the company's Independent Consultants and staff to get a handle on how the company was performing. "It became very clear that we had a great team at our home office, but had become disengaged from our customers," said Candace. "We needed to communicate more, motivate our network more effectively, and do more to pull together as a team."

Candace saw that under the existing compensation plan, some Independent Consultants were enjoying large monthly commissions while others were confused and discouraged by the plan's complexity. She wanted to make the larger rewards easier for everyone to achieve, and realized that to do that would require more than just tweaking the old compensation plan; it would require a completely new one, designed from scratch.

Response to the podcasts has been better than hoped for. Across the network there have been clear signs of renewed ambition and genuine enthusiasm for the new directions Candace is taking the company. The call center team is experiencing a surge in call activity; demand for the PrivaTest and Custom Essentials is growing again, and sales across all products are up, even in advance of the new plan.
