Mahon Enterprises Ltd. Implements Environmental Policy in Attempt to Help Ireland 'Go Green'

Dublin's leading sales firm Mahon Enterprises Ltd. believe Irish small business owners need to do their part to improve the local environment. Noticeable differences are made by businesses who introduce environmental friendly policies.

2012-10-01
DUBLIN, IRELAND, October 01, 2012 (Press-News.org) Mahon Enterprises Ltd. is one of Ireland's leading marketing companies who currently outsource sales for a number of major clients. With environmental issues so prevalent this decade, energy convention is the leading way for people to do their part. Managing Director of Mahon Enterprises Ltd. Darren Mahon states, "There are loads of ways to improve the energy efficiency of your home. By replacing your old boiler and properly insulating your house you could save hundreds on your energy bills and cut your CO2 emissions by a substantial amount. Using energy efficient bulbs around your home where possible and of course turning off lights when possible."

Mahon Enterprises Ltd. has introduced a recycle system in the office and is encouraging all to get on board and recycle their waste. Darren Mahon comments, "Everyone has been hearing about the importance of green living and purchasing eco-friendly products to reduce the effect on the environment. This can be done various ways from recycling to using eco-friendly products. We can all do our bit. Even something small like having a recycling bin in your home or office can make a big difference. If everyone makes small changes that amounts to a big change."

Car emissions are a significant factor to air pollution in Ireland. In recent years, the number of cars on Irish roads has greatly increased. Darren believes that if people use alternative transport like public transport or a bicycle, emissions would be greatly reduced. Mahon Enterprises Ltd. suggests that the new Dublin Bike scheme is an inventive and exciting new way to get around the city. Darren comments, "Going forward the only way to encourage the younger generation to use public transport is too lead by example, getting a bicycle has made me more active and most importantly reduced CO2 emissions as mine is one less car on the road every day."

Mahon Enterprises Ltd. are experts in business-to-business marketing, business-to-consumer, and event based marketing. They continually provide excellent advice and specially tailored campaigns to suit their high profiled clients' needs. They organise and structure their systems around the results we want to achieve and evaluate our own progress regularly.

Drivers who ignore New York's ban on texting while driving are more likely to be caught now that legislators have strengthened the state law on distracted driving. The new law, which took effect in July 2011, made texting while driving a primary offense. As a result, New York law enforcement officers are able to stop drivers solely because they are texting behind the wheel. Motorists received 20,958 tickets for texting while driving (and similar violations) in the 12 months since the law was enacted. In the year before the new law took effect, New York law enforcement ...
