Ohio Court Rules Practice & Procedure contains all of the procedural rules you need for the daily practice of law in Ohio; Rules of Civil, Criminal, Appellate and Juvenile Procedure, Rules of Evidence, Traffic Rules, Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, Supreme Court Rules of Practice, Rules of the Court of Claims of Ohio, Local Rules of the Court of Claims of Ohio, Rules of the Court of Claims--Victims of Crime Compensation Section and Mayor's Court Education and Procedure Rules. Ohio Court Rules Government of Bench & Bar includes all of the rules relating to Ohio attorneys and judges and the reporting of opinions: Rules for the Government of the Bar, Rules of Professional Conduct, Rules for the Government of the Judiciary, Code of Judicial Conduct and Rules for the Reporting of Opinions. All rules are current with amendments received through September 1, 2012, making this edition more current than many others.
