MobiPixie, a Photo Sharing and Social Networking Platform, Announces it's iPhone Application Availability

MobiPixie's iPhone app joined Android and web applications today. Blackberry app is coming soon. The app is free.

2012-10-04
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ, October 04, 2012 (Press-News.org) MobiPixie team announced its iPhone application today. Android and web applications are already running successfully and the Blackberry Application will also be available soon. MobiPixie is a newly released Photo Sharing & Social Networking Platform to connect people together with full privacy control. It provides a unique platform for sharing photos from mobile phones or from digital cameras. The key feature of MobiPixie is that a user can use any photo in the gallery to create personalized greeting cards by using an online easy to use design tool or from the features integrated in the phone application.

MobiPixie is a feature rich cloud based platform for managing and sharing photos. A user can upload the photos and has a choice to keep them private or make them available for other users. A user can create their own social groups and invite their friends to join the groups. A user can view/edit and search other MobiPixie groups. Also, a user can search to find their friends, invite the friends and view pending friend requests. My dashboard feature is to upload images and it stores all the photos uploaded by the user. My design cards feature saves and stores all cards that are created by a user.

Photos to customized greeting cards:

MobiPixie provides a built-in Flash tool to convert the mobile phone's photos to customized greeting cards. This editing tool has been designed in-house by MobiPixie's team and it is very easy to use. It allows a user to write personalized messages for their cards in just a few seconds. Auto generated messages are also provided to save the time for many popular occasions. These personalized cards can be sent as an e-card or as a printed card.

MobiPixie's iPhone app is a very easy app - just create a card, write the address and send. The Mobipixie lab prints and mails the card within 24 to 48 hours so hassle to go to the post office. The MobiPixie has a reminder feature that allows a user to set a reminder to send a card. MobiPixie even has Facebook integrated within the app to post the card on a user's Facebook wall. The card history feature shows all the cards that have been sent by a user. It helps a user to keep track of their cards.

The MobiPixie platform can be accessed at http://www.mobipixie.com. Download the iPhone application at:
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/mobipixie-photo-share-cards/id564171923?ls=1&mt=8

The MobiPixie Android application can be downloaded from Google Play Android Marketplace from: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mobi.mobipixie&hl=en

According to Amy Rosewal, VP of Marketing, "I'm so excited to get this out there! We released our Android App sometimes ago and we were waiting iPhone app to be in the hands of our users. We have had a tremendous response to our Android App, and we expect iPhone apps to have even bigger impact in the market. MobiPixie is a 'one stop solution' that gives users access to all kinds of features to organize, enhance and share their precious photos."

Amy went on to say, "MobiPixie users can access their MobiPixie galleries, easily, directly and with a few clicks from their phones. The 'MobiPixie" platform has it all! It includes so many exciting and new features that users will love it. There's nothing else out there like it!"
