Quality Ingredients Corporation Live on Premier 10!

Recent successful implementation of the latest ProcessPro Premier release has QIC up and running at both locations.

2010-10-09
ST. CLOUD, MN, October 09, 2010 (Press-News.org) Quality Ingredients Corporation successfully completed implementation of ProcessPro Premier 10.18. Quality Ingredients started their partnership with ProcessPro, developers of ProcessPro software, in November 2009. Quality Ingredients is now live at both production facilities located in Burnsville, MN and Marshfield, WI.

The newest version of ProcessPro Premier provides exceptionally accurate inventory controls for Quality Ingredients. This functionality was vitally important as Quality Ingredients manages a broad variety of dry ingredient systems. In fact, inventory was initially reconciled to a difference of less than $2.00 between their legacy system and newly implemented Premier 10.1.

"With this degree of accuracy, our clients can be assured that reporting and data analysis will have the highest degree of reliability. This, in turn, sets clients up for future success as they make fully informed business decisions," says Molly Caron, Senior VP of Operations, ProcessPro.

One of the most significant factors contributing to the successful implementation of this software was the team effort between the staff at Quality Ingredients and the implementation specialists at ProcessPro. Quality Ingredients Corporation selected a full time client project manager to manage resources, and to be the first to receive supplemental training and practice during implementation. Then, following the proven implementation process developed by ProcessPro, each step was successfully executed and completed.

"Because an ERP model is designed to integrate major business functions into one system, the transition can be complex," explains Jeff Hauser, ProcessPro Implementation Specialist. "With each party following the implementation plan, Quality Ingredients was up and running smoothly and efficiently within the designated time frame."
