In addition to the sleeping rooms Palomar has unveiled configurations for lobbies, management suites, dining, recreation, laundry, vending and other specialty areas. Palomar can deliver a 100 unit motel in less than 90 days. While the owner/operator is preparing the site, Palomar is building the motel that will be placed on that prepared site. Our suppliers are under annual contracts and know the importance of our just-in-time culture for materials. The materials we use are basically the same materials used in on site construction except they are delivered to our factory in a more timely manner and installed in the accelerated assembly process."
