MINNEAPOLIS, MN, October 10, 2012 (Press-News.org) Devi Ward, author of "Shake Your Soul-Song! A Woman's Guide to Self-Empowerment Through The Art of Self-Pleasure," today announced her workshop Sensual Awakening For Women will be held on October 27th from 1:00PM - 7:00PM at Yoga on Central in Minneapolis, MN.

"Awaken more passion, pleasure, power and purpose in your life, and reclaim your sensual sovereignty by learning The 4 Principles of Self-Pleasure," says Devi Ward. "I want to provide an experience that is emotionally and physically rewarding, as well as educating."

The workshop is based on The 4 Principles of Self-Pleasure, which are Movement, Meditation, Self-Connection, and Self-Stimulation.

The first portion of the workshop is on Movement, in which The 5 Core Pelvic Movements, Feminine Emergence Dance and specialized instruction in the secret Jade Ben Wa Ball practices will be taught.

During the second portion of the workshop, Authentic Tantra Meditation and Secret Tibetan Elemental Meditations for powerful healing, life-transformation & spiritual growth will be taught.

The third portion of the workshop is on Self-Connection, which includes Authentic Tantra Breathing for powerful self-connection and radical intimacy, as well as daily exercises for cultivating your pleasure potential.

The last part of the workshop covers the topics:
• How easy it is to awaken your full orgasmic potential, and why over 70% of women are not having vaginal orgasms
• How to be your own "sexual healer" and release sexual-emotional trauma
• The 11 different orgasms for women
• The relationship between sexuality and personal empowerment and reclaiming your sensual sovereignty
