PCC is here to address doubts and questions to post breast cancer treatment and how to take control of your health. Take part in Parkway Cancer Centre Breast Cancer Survivor's Workshop with doctors and experts on 13th October 2012.

Managing Lymphoedema
The effects of cancer and treatment on the lymphatic system may subject survivors to physical challenges arising from lymphoedema. In this talk, the physiotherapist will help participants to understand the risk of developing lymphoedema, the treatment methods available, and most importantly: prevention methods.

The Follow-Up Care after Breast Cancer Surgery: Breast Prosthesis
This educational talk aims to create awareness and empower the audience with knowledge of the options available after breast cancer surgery, including physiological changes, prosthesis, self-care and maintenance.

Cancer Survivorship, Going Forward: Dialogue with the Counsellors
A team of counsellors will share what they have learnt from survivors about life after cancer, and discuss practical ways and guidelines for managing common problems including psychological, social and emotional health. This is an interactive session with opportunities for participants to engage in an active dialogue and discussion.
