Royal Oaks Building Group Recognized By 2012 Parade Of Homes

Local Homebuilder Wins Silver Award For Entry At Annual Event Held By Home Builders Association Of Raleigh-Wake County

RALEIGH, NC, October 13, 2012 (Press-News.org) Royal Oaks Building Group, LLC (http://www.royaloaksbg.com), an award-winning residential new homebuilder, has announced that the company recently received a silver award in the 2012 Parade of Homes, an annual event hosted by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. The company received the award in Category 13 (homes priced between $524,900 and $564,000) for its Somerset Model at Bella Casa Estates in Apex, priced at $539,700 with 3,513 square feet. The company had four other homes in the parade - The Spruce model at Parker Pointe in Fuquay-Varina ($250,000, 3,125 square feet), the Carteret model at Forest Springs in Holly Springs ($239,700, 2,596 square feet), the Shelby model at Forest Springs Townhomes in Holly Springs ($157,700, 1,529 square feet) and the Lilac model at The Peninsula at Amberly in Cary ($424,700, 3,715 square feet).

The 47th annual Parade of Homes showcased more than 200 new homes in the Triangle for the past two weekends, Sept. 29-30 and Oct. 5-7. Although the winning homes have been announced, individuals can still view them and other participating homes this weekend from Oct. 12-14. Organized annually by the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County, the Parade of Homes event offers potential home buyers the opportunity to view the latest in floor plans, designs and technological innovations in homes built by local residential builders. All participating homes were open to the public and judged by a panel of individuals from different builder-related fields across the Southeast.
