About A Kid's Place
On average there are 1.500 reports of abuse and neglect yearly in Weld County. A Kid's Place is an essential partner in helping child victims and their families. The staff at A Kid's Place works hard to make sure that a child's life that may have been altered by abuse is not defined by it. Encompassing CASA of Weld County, which trains community volunteers to become court appointed special advocates for abused and neglected children, and the Child Advocacy Center, which is designed to be a safe haven for child victims of crime, A Kid's Place responds to the needs of abused children and they can begin to heal. Visit http://www.akidsplace.org for more information.
