HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA, October 10, 2010 (Press-News.org) The Kiwanis Club of Huntington Beach held their Huntington Beach City Council Candidate Forum on Tuesday, September 21, 2010, at the Meadowlark Country Club in Huntington Beach, California. The Huntington Beach City Council Candidate Forum provided an opportunity for the Huntington Beach community to get to know the City Council candidates running for election in November.
Jennifer McGrath, the incumbent candidate for Huntington Beach City Attorney, was pleased to attend the Kiwanis Huntington Beach City Council Candidate Forum. The Huntington Beach City Council candidates discussed a variety of local issues in the Huntington Beach community including public safety, economic development, Huntington Beach seniors, budget priorities, fiscal responsibility, community services, job and business growth, the Poseidon desalination plant, and infrastructure needs of the City of Huntington Beach.
