After which they can create a personal account to access all of the great customer service features the app has to offer.
According to Conor Coffey, "Our customers have been migrating from dumb phones to smart phones over the last several years and in droves over the last year. Mobile internet is becoming most every customer's computing and communication platform of choice and we plan on being right there with them."
