ITS Academy of Beauty Students in Lawton Offer Discounted Beauty Services

MESAQ, AZ, October 23, 2012 (Press-News.org) - Cosmetology students at ITS Academy of Beauty, 200 Southwest C Ave. in Lawton are helping folks save money before the holidays without sacrificing beauty in the process.

The fall specials at the award-winning cosmetology school include: $5 haircuts, $8 basic nail pedicure, $10 acrylic nails and 20% off all Madrid and Peter Hantz retails products. The special is good through Nov. 11. In addition, the schools offer daily specials on various products and services.

"Our fall special is wonderful because folks can look great before the holidays and save money in the process," said Jessica Wolman, one of the owners of the award-winning cosmetology school. "Also, cosmetology is a great career, so anyone interested in enrolling in our program can check us out as well."

According to a U.S. News and World Report hairdresser is cited as one of the best jobs of 2012. In a March 21, 2012 article in USA Today, beauty salon sales grew 5.4 %.4 in the last two years vs. a 2.3% sales increase in 2009. With the Bureau of Labor Statistics projections of 15.7% employment growth expected by 2020, the future of hair salons and the future of hair stylists should continue to grow.
