Covington Who's Who Selects Julius Nagy as an Honored Member of the Executive and Professional Registry

The selection recognizes Julius Nagy's commitment to excellence in Real Estate and Property Management.

Nagy, who began working in the field in 1990, now serves as president of his organization, overseeing the entire operations. He boasts over twenty years of hands-on experience in the property and condominium management industry.

"It was my desire to build one of the best property management companies in the industry in terms of skill, industry knowledge, customer service, and personal care," Nagy said about the business, something he feels he has accomplished at J&N Reality, Inc.

Nagy became a realtor through Southland Regional Association of Realtors and a real estate broker through the California Department of Real Estate. He has the highest designation in the HOA management industry. He is a Certified Community Association Manager (CCAM), a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), an Association Management Specialist (AMS), a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM), and is Registered in Apartment Management (RAM) and Advanced Registered in Apartment Management (Advanced RAM).
