The new site offers management tips, optometrist success stories and a no-charge practice management seminar, available to practice owners by request, on DVD or online.

"Although optometrists are highly trained professionals," says Barbara Wilson, president of Sterling, "they are not necessarily taught how to manage a practice or staff.
